'Preacher's Daughter' is the 2022 debut album from burgeoning indie rock artist, Ethel Cain. This narrative album explores themes of religious and intergenerational trauma, the exploitation of women, and PTSD, all whilst telling the story of a young girl growing up in the Southern Bible Belt during the late 1990s.
By utilizing the story told throughout the album, I reinterpreted the content into the advertising for a conceptual film adaptation. This includes a film poster, print ad, and teaser trailer.
