U are invited to UGroove 2024! An exclusive musical event for celebrating the uniquely talented Universal Music Group UK staff, whose collaborative efforts are vital to the global success of UMG. Each year, UMG UK gathers all their staff together at an exclusive London venue to celebrate the one thing they all love most, music! Because no matter our differences, music can unite us all to blend our respective strengths together to create something even stronger.

This record motif, as well as blending of color, is continuously used throughout the visuals and promotional materials for the event- in order to showcase how the London staff is a diverse group united by their passion for music and art.

Each member of the UK team will receive both physical and email invitations for the event, outlining the details and providing them with their entry ticket. These invitations feature our new UGroove logo- designed to resemble a record on a turntable.
Event tickets Color ways
The event entry tickets come in multiple different color ways, corresponding with the section each guest will be seated in for the event. This is meant to encourage staff to mingle with new people and learn more about the other departments within UMG UK.

Lanyard & personalized Guest pass
As this is an exclusive event for UMG UK staff, guests must check in upon arrival. After checking in, guests will receive a guest pass, personalized with their name and job title, attached to a UGroove branded reusable lanyard.
